Delivery

We only dispatch to the payment card holders address.
We use Royal Mail First Class and Also TNT for UK and Royal Mail Airmail for international. We dispatch all orders placed same day before 4pm. We cannot guarantee delivery times but advice 90% of UK orders arrive next working day although please allow 5 working days. International deliverys, please allow 5 - 10 working days.

Refunds and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your item is lost then Royal Mail states: "Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems."
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000: You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.

Please Note: All goods returned are at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. ULTIMATE CAR PARTS will not refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched. We will not refund any product which has been "specifically ordered" for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform us within 48 hours receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time. Should you wish to return a product please use your order number as the RMA or alternatively request a RMA by, e-mail or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, invoice number and reasons for the return. All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. Ultimate Car Parts reserves the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without an RMA number.
Should a product fail to operate or become faulty within 12 months of purchase simply notify us in writing and return it in its original re-sellable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion.
If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in it's original re-sellable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. Ultimate Car Parts reserves the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. In the event that a product is returned that is not faulty postage and packing Will not be refunded.
